I'm Chris Smith. I've spent 30+ years in HVAC. I owned a residential shop in the '90s, and for the last decade I've been running All Contractor Marketing — a consulting agency that builds marketing systems for HVAC dealers, distributors, and manufacturers.

Because the people who run Carrier, Trane, Rheem, and Lennox distribution already deliver the best HVAC training in the industry. Their dealer training currently disappears into a folder of PDFs. If we gave them a branded LMS that auto-credits every dealer — their training becomes a real loyalty asset. That's why CEUMonster has two customer surfaces: the contractor and the distributor who serves them.
